Lead-zinc ores are mainly divided into: sulfide lead-zinc ore, oxidized lead-zinc ore, also mixed lead-zinc ore, which are the most common types in global mining projects.
-- Sulfide Lead Zinc Ore: The highest economic value, easy flotation separation. Main minerals: galena, sphalerite. Most popular ore type in Peru, Bolivia, Zambia.
-- Oxidized Lead Zinc Ore: Complex gangue, high mud content, harder separation. Requires special flotation reagent formula and desliming process.

3. Processing Technology Introduction
We adopt **priority flotation / bulk flotation process** for lead-zinc ore concentration.
The technology separates lead concentrate and zinc concentrate step by step, removes gangue impurities, upgrades low-grade raw ore into high-value lead & zinc concentrate for smelter sale.
This mature flotation technology is widely applied for 50TPD ~ 2000TPD lead zinc mineral projects, stable recovery rate, low operation cost.
4. Process Flow Chart
