How It Works:

The cone crusher operates on the principle of compression crushing. Inside the crusher, the main shaft is driven by the motor through a belt and gear system, causing the mantle (moving cone) to gyrate eccentrically within the stationary concave bowl liner.

As raw material enters the crushing chamber from the top, it is squeezed between the moving mantle and the fixed concave liner. The eccentric motion creates a continuous, cyclic compression force, crushing the material against the liner.

Once the material is reduced to the desired size, it falls through the narrow discharge gap at the bottom of the chamber. The process repeats with each gyration, ensuring uniform particle reduction and excellent cubical shape. The adjustable gap setting allows you to precisely control the final product size.
