The double roller crusher operates on the principle of compression crushing. Two counter-rotating rollers draw materials into the gap between them, applying continuous pressure to crush the material. 

The adjustable gap between the rollers allows precise control of the discharge size, resulting in evenly sized particles with minimal over-crushing. 

Wear-Resistant Rollers & Long Service Life

The crushing rollers are made of high-strength, wear-resistant alloy steel, which significantly extends their service life even when processing hard, abrasive materials. 

The optional surface hardening or surfacing treatment further improves wear resistance. The roller shells are replaceable, reducing maintenance costs and extending the overall lifespan of the equipment.

Hydraulic Spring Protection System for Overload Safety

Equipped with a hydraulic or spring-loaded safety system, the crusher automatically allows non-crushable materials (like metal pieces) to pass through without damaging the rollers.
